This course will enable participants to understand the concept of ‘limited capability for work' in terms of the Work Capability Assessment Objectives: • To gain an understanding of the process of the WCA and see how it applies to UC, ESA and new style ESA • To know how points are scored and how we can help with this • To find out what the outcome of the WCA means for our clients • To know when and how to challenge a decision
